Before becoming a therapist, I explored a variety of careers—including corporate roles and the bridal industry—where I managed large inventories, coordinated multiple teams, and navigated high-pressure environments. Late nights, constant stress, and self-doubt became the norm.
I couldn’t help but wonder: Am I the only one feeling this way?
That question fueled my passion for helping others. I know firsthand how burnout, anxiety, and perfectionism can take over, and I want my clients to know they don’t have to face these struggles alone. My background gives me unique insight into the challenges high-achieving women experience—whether it’s imposter syndrome, overwhelm, or navigating major life transitions.

I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health from Mount Mary University and I am currently an LPC-IT.
Trainings:
ADHD- CCSP (ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider), 30+ hours of training , Completion date will be June 2025
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): Completion date June 2025
