Individual Therapy
$150 | 50 Minute Session
Accepted payment includes HSA, all major debit and credit cards, check or cash.
Many clients choose to work with me using their out-of-network (OON) insurance benefits. If your insurance plan offers OON coverage, you may be able to receive reimbursement for a portion of each session. After each appointment, I provide a detailed superbill that you can easily submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Out-of-network benefits can give you the flexibility to work with a therapist who feels like the right fit, without being limited by insurance networks. If you have questions about your specific coverage or need help understanding the reimbursement process, I’m happy to guide you through it.
All sliding scale spots are currently full at this time.
$225 | 90 Minute Session
Most often used for EMDR processing but this longer session format can also be used for talk therapy
Provides extra time to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns without feeling rushed.
Provides more time if you can only schedule therapy occasionally due to your schedule
Not sure if you have any out-of-network benefits?
1. Call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.
Ask the representative:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my deductible for out-of-network services?
What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed after I meet the deductible?
Is there a limit on the number of sessions per year?
How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
2. Check your insurance portal online.
Most plans list out-of-network coverage, deductibles, and reimbursement rates in the “Benefits” section under Behavioral Health or Mental Health Services.
3. Contact your insurance company through chat or email.
If calling isn’t convenient, many insurers offer support through secure messaging.
In accordance to the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate for mental health and physical health services.
